Associate Joshua A. Golembe practices in the areas of personal injury, transportation and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Nicklaus & Associates, P.A., Joshua worked in insurance defense and also has a background as a private criminal defense attorney. As a criminal defense attorney, he had an article published in the fall 2010 issue of the Florida Defender.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from Nova Southeastern University and is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Mr. Golembe serves on the Florida Bar Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, and is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the District of Columbia.
